eck33 Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an account on eck33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. eck33 operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit any person under 18 to register, deposit funds, or place wagers on the Platform. 18+
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction in which you reside at the time of use.
• Residency and jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period imposed by eck33 or any other gambling operator to which eck33 has contractual obligations in respect of shared self-exclusion schemes.
• No conflict of interest: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, affiliate, or family member of an employee of eck33 or any of its technology, game, or payment partners, where such a relationship would create a conflict of interest with respect to wagering activity.

eck33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by eck33 may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

All financial transactions on the eck33 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). eck33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to account balances. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is applied by default, though eck33 reserves the right to implement account-level deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes or at the request of the account holder.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your eck33 account within a few minutes of confirmation by the relevant MFS provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. eck33 does not credit funds to your account until payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment processor.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by eck33 during operational processing hours. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed within one to three hours of approval during processing hours. Bank and card withdrawals may take one to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a successful deposit on the same account, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawal conditions: eck33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large relative to the account's deposit and wagering history, that are made shortly after a large deposit with minimal wagering activity, or that otherwise exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or fraudulent activity. In such cases, eck33 may request supporting documentation and may delay processing until satisfactory documentation has been received.

eck33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used for withdrawal must match the name on the registered eck33 account. Any withdrawal request to an account in a different name will be declined and the account may be flagged for review.

Transaction fees: eck33 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your MFS provider or bank may apply their own fees, which are outside eck33's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

All games available on the eck33 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Evolution Gaming. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generation (RNG): All RNG-based games (including slots, virtual table games, and number games) use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. eck33 does not manipulate, adjust, or interfere with the outcomes of any RNG game. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each RNG game reflects the theoretical long-run average payout across a statistically significant number of rounds and does not guarantee any outcome for any individual player or session.

Live casino games: Live casino tables are operated by the relevant game studio (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or Pragmatic Play Live) using real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dealer interaction. The game outcomes on live tables are determined by physical processes and are not under the control of eck33. Disputes relating to live game outcomes must be raised with eck33 customer support, who will liaise with the relevant studio's dispute resolution process.

Sports and cricket betting: All sports and cricket betting markets on eck33 are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international cricket, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic fixtures). In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on eck33 and the official result, the official result shall prevail. eck33 reserves the right to void or re-settle any market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, subject to fair and transparent review.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, the relevant round or wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. eck33 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform malfunctions, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party service interruptions outside eck33's direct control.

eck33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a specified timeframe
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the registered account holder
• Identification of duplicate accounts held by the same individual
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee as set out in the current fee schedule, or may be closed at eck33's discretion
• Any other reason that eck33 determines, acting in good faith, is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform, the safety of its players, or compliance with applicable legal obligations

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your eck33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your account is closed, you must withdraw any remaining balance to a verified payment method. eck33 will not be responsible for funds that remain in a closed account beyond a reasonable redemption window.

Self-exclusion: If you believe that gambling is causing you harm, you may request a self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods (from one day to six weeks) and permanent self-exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. eck33 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during a self-exclusion period. Effect of closure on funds: Where an account is closed by eck33 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, eck33 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account where that balance is determined to have been accrued through prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash through completion of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
